আমাদের সম্মানিত গ্রাহকদের সন্তুষ্টিই আমাদের নিকট অগ্রাধিকার। তাই আপনি যদি প্রাপ্ত পণ্য নিয়ে অসন্তুষ্ট হন, তাহলে নিচের শর্তাবলী অনুসরণ করে রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ করতে পারবেন: [ অর্ডার কৃত প্রডাক্ট পার্সেলটি ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে ভালোভাবে চেক করে রিসিভ করুন, আনবক্সিং এর ভিডিও রাখুন , রিটার্ন এর ক্ষেত্রে আনবক্সিং এর ভিডিও আবশ্যক]

1. রিটার্নের সময়সীমা: পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে রিটার্ন করতে হবে। আপনার রিটার্ন কৃত পণ্যটি আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছানোর পর তা যাচাই-বাছাই শেষে  রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হয়েছে কি না তা আপনাকে জানানো হবে । অনুমোদিত রিফান্ডটি স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে আপনার মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড করা হবে, ইশাআল্লাহ।

2. রিটার্নের শর্ত:  * পণ্যটি সম্পুর্ণ অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ থাকতে হবে।  * ব্যবহার করা বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়।

3. রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া: * পণ্য রিটার্ন যাচাইয়ের পর ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে টাকা রিফান্ড করা হবে। * রিফান্ড মূলত বিক্রয়ের সময় ব্যবহৃত পেমেন্ট মেথডেই করা হবে।

4. ডেলিভারি চার্জ: প্রডাক্ট আনা-নেওয়া কুয়িার সার্ভিস করে থাকে, তাই রিটার্নের ডেলিভারি খরচ গ্রাহক বহন করে থাকেন।

5. এক্সচেঞ্জ:  স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে প্রডাক্ট এক্সচেঞ্জের সুযোগ রয়েছে। এ জন্য এক্সচেঞ্জ রিকুয়েস্ট করুন , পুনরায় এক্সচেঞ্জ পার্সেল পাঠানো হবে, ২য় প্রডাক্ট পার্সেলটি ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে ভালোভাবে চেক করে রিসিভ করুন, ও ১ম প্রডাক্ট টি এক্সচেঞ্জ করুন, [ প্রডাক্ট আনা-নেওয়া কুয়িার সার্ভিস করে থাকে, তাই রিটার্নের ডেলিভারি খরচ গ্রাহক বহন করে থাকেন।]

Return, Refund and Exchange Process:

Our valued customers' satisfaction is our top priority. So if you are dissatisfied with the product you received, then you need to return or refund by following the terms and conditions: Unboxing video, Unboxing video is required in case of return]

1. Return period: The product must be returned within 72 hours. After you see your returned product, tell us whether you prefer a forward refund or not. My refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days, InshaAllah.

2. Return conditions: * The product must be completely unused, undamaged and with original packaging. * The product is not used or returnable.

3. Refund process: * The money must be refunded within 7 working days after the product is returned. * The refund will be made to the payment method in real time.

4. Delivery Officer: The product is delivered and taken care of, so the customer believes in the delivery cost of the return.

5. Exchange: There is an opportunity for product exchange depending on the stock. For this, request an exchange, receive the born exchange parcel, the 2nd product parcel carefully checked by the delivery man, and exchange the 1st product, [The product is brought and taken care of by you, so the delivery cost of the return is paid by the customer member.]
